Join us for our brand new co-ed program, Active Older Adult Wellness Weekend, for participants 55 and over to engage in instructional and entertaining classes designed to help cultivate their mind, body and spirit. There will be storytelling, workshops, wines tasting, massage therapy and much more. Participants can sign up for a wide variety of fun-filled instructional classes including square foot gardening, Zumba Gold, glass painting, myths and facts about aging and health, and so many other options!
