Young at Heart Programs
Young at Heart programs provide adults with an all-inclusive opportunity to enjoy fun, recreational, educational, and creative programs. Whether traveling alone, as a couple or in a group, everyone will find something of interest at YMCA Trout Lodge.

Begin by learning about rocks and minerals, and then head off into some of the world's largest granite boulders. "Compete" with other teams in miniature golf and board games, enjoy a campfire with s'mores and other activities, and get comfortable riding a horse in our arena before heading out on a trail ride through hardwood forests. Set amidst thousands of acres of forest-covered hills, a pristine lake and near one of America’s most remarkable underground playgrounds (Bonne Terre Mines), Trout Lodge is an outdoor enthusiast’s paradise in the Ozarks. Join the staff to experience the natural history of the area on a hike, canoe Sunnen Lake and learn about aquatic ecology, try your hand at archery or riflery, and take a pontoon ride on an underground lake.
