Cake Batter Cookies With a Fall Twist!

People are going to be exchanging their watermelons for pumpkins soon. You’ll be hard-pressed to find a yummy recipe without the fall staples—but in case you’re looking for an in between, these cookies will do the trick! Plus they’re easy to make and they’ll please any crowd!
So take a day with your kids or your friends and bake away.
What you’ll need:
1 box of cake mix (This will work with almost any cake mix! Even confetti cake!)
2 eggs
½ c. vegetable oil
Fall sprinkles
Let’s get baking:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil.
3. (If the dough seems sticky, that’s okay!)
4. Get a bowl or a plate and dump the sprinkles on it.
5. Roll the dough into small balls no bigger than ping pong ball—these cookies will expand!
6. Roll the ball in the sprinkles until it’s covered! You can even mix it up with multiple sprinkles.
7. Lay them on a baking sheet in evenly spaced rows.
8. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
9. Let cool and enjoy!
