Clinics

Campers choose up to four clinics during a one-week stay. Each clinic runs for about an hour a day, four days a week. Some activities count as two clinics.

Through these activities, we coach sportsmanship, courage, healthy risk-taking, independence, goal setting, flexibility, responsibility, and self-discovery.

We aim to nurture the potential of every camper. Some activities are restricted by age, height or swimming ability. Mini-Camp campers will have a more limited number of choices.

Cabin Activities

Outside of meals, siesta, general swim, and evening cabin chats, the cabin gathers every day to play, learn, and bond together.

The group decides what they would like to do in a conversation facilitated by the counselors. Occasionally, the cabin decides to do three or more of these activities in a single day, but most cabins choose a more relaxed pace.

Many of these options are unavailable during the normal course of the day.
