Why I chose to work at Lakewood this summer: I had the best summer of my life working here last summer and I couldn't let the opportunity pass by to work here again.

How I chose my nickname: My dad gave it to me when he was in high school. Blondie was his favorite music artists...And I'm blonde.
The best part about camp/kids: Energy, imagination, creativity and memories.
One thing I hope to experience this summer is: Something that will force me to see the world in a new way, challenge me and help me give the campers here the best summer of their lives.
One thing children will remember most about me: My hair. Hopefully they will remember how I modeled the four core values, honesty, respect, responsibility and caring.
My favorite food, animal, song, book or movie: My favorite food are s'mores because they are a great cure for homesickness. My favorite book is Walden by Henry David Thoreau. It showed me how much I can do and appreciate nature.
