Camp Lakewood Parent Packet

After your child is registered for camp, you will be required to read the Camp Lakewood Parent Handbook and to complete and submit several forms which are available to download below. Please note that your child will be required to have a physical within 24 months of their arrival at camp.

Please note that if you pay by credit card, your deposit will be deducted automatically on May 1, 2009.
