WHAT IS TEAM BUILDING?
We believe that working together as a team to achieve a common goal is a critical component of any company or group of people who have a vested interest in each other. Our team building staff can work with your organization or group to create a customized experience that will improve relationships, promote teamwork and encourage leadership. By incorporating experiential learning, team challenges and outdoor high adventure with facilitated discussions, TEAM Works programs strengthen and inspire teams to take on new challenges together. While your group or company is staying at either Trout Lodge or Camp Lakewood, incorporate a teambuilding activity into your schedule. It’s a worthwhile investment.
WHY SHOULD MY GROUP UTILIZE TEAM BUILDING?
People are an organization’s greatest resource. Whether a corporate team of employees or other type of group, your organization’s success depends on how efficiently its’ members work together to achieve shared goals. Through this experience, employees or group members will come through the course as a more cohesive and motivated group, ready to accomplish the goals and mission of your company or organization.
HOW TEAM BUILDING OPERATES
Our Team Building department will prepare a one to five day program customized to your company’s or group’s needs, and we plan according to your schedule with either week day or weekend workshops. Activities and challenges are organized specifically for your group to teach problem-solving, positive conflict management, effective use of resources and leadership skills. The program incorporates hands-on learning designed to be accessible to people of various ages, physical levels and abilities.
