Trout Lodge offers seven adventure activities including zip lines and climbing structures…can you climb them all during your Trout Lodge Adventure Getaway?
Activities will include:
To Rappel of Knot Rappel
What happens when there isn’t another person on the ground and you need to get down? You rappel!!! Rappelling is an art that, once mastered, is usually the most favorite part of climbing. So strap yourself into a harness and walk down the side of a wall. Space is limited, so sign up at the Country Store. Must be 10 years old and up to participate. Meet at Pines Peak.
On Belay Belay is On
Ever wondered how someone on the ground could stop someone twice his or her size in the air by holding the other end of a rope. Meaning ‘to hold fast,’ belaying is an essential part of climbing that ensures the safety of the climber. Learn how to belay while taking turns being the climber. Space is limited, so sign up at the Country Store. Must be 10 years old and up to participate. Meet at Alpine Tower.
