True American Heroes

May 14-16, 2010

Celebrate America’s heroes during this fun-filled weekend. See a fire truck and a helicopter up close, learn how to keep your family safe in emergency situations, and meet real life police officers and soldiers.

K9 Search and Rescue Squad
Pat Tuholske is a K9 Handler with Eureka Fire District Search and Rescue. She has been involved in Search and Rescue for ten years; is a former EMT; is certified in Wilderness First Aid; and teaches survival skills. Pat's K9 partner, Finn, a big labrador retriever/hound mix, is certified in Trailing and Human Remains Detection through the North American Police Work Dog Association. Pat and Finn have traveled throughout the country to search for the lost and missing.

Watch your dreams come true as you make your way through this inspiring and heroic weekend. We'll continue to post more details as we get closer to this event!

Medical Helicopter Fly-In

In addition to a landing and take-off, Air Methods will offer up-close and personal tours of its helicopter. The pilot and the flight nurse will be available to talk with guests.
