A Day In the Life of Bubbles
Bubbles is our very own Trout Lodge mascot. He’s a big, lovable, life-size trout who likes to visit our guests occasionally.
Today Bubbles made an appearance. I had the fortunate experience of walking with him this afternoon as he roamed around property. I wanted to get to know the real Bubbles.
Since he is so brightly colored and large, people are generally confused by what he is. Today, people thought he was a sea monster, a lizard and a dinosaur. “I get called different names all the time,” says Bubbles, “but I know it’s because people aren’t used to seeing a massive fish walking around.” It is because of this that I wanted to write a little something about him...almost like this is his introduction to the world.
Bubbles is a staple around Trout Lodge. We love seeing him, and so do our guests. So whenever you visit us, make sure to say, “hi” to Bubbles. He might even let you snag a picture with him!
