Alpine Swing

You'll experience a thrilling combination ride of a brief free fall and swing when you try out the Alpine Swing at YMCA Trout Lodge.

You'll wear a harness and helmet, and you'll be hooking into a cable that will pulled into the air by your friends and family on the ground until you're hanging approximately 40 feet in the air.

When you're ready to swing, you'll let go of a release cord. You'll fly through the air, "swinging" back and forth over a distance of about 60 feet.

We have a 280 lb. limit for this activity
Note: Please wear close-toed shoes (no sandals) when you climb Alpine Tower.
