Summit Zip

If you're looking for the opportunity to zip with a friend, Summit Zip is the zip line for you.

You'll use large pegs as hand holds and foot holds as you climb the 35-foot tall Summit Zip pole.

Our Trout Lodge TEAM Works staff will help you into a harness and a helmet, and our belay (safety rope) system will keep you safe as you climb and zip.

At the top of Summit Zip, a TEAM Works Program Specialist will help you onto a platform, where they'll hook you onto the zip line.

Your friend or family member can climb the adjacent Summit Zip pole, and the two of you zip for side by side for 400 feet along the two tandem zip lines on Summit Zip.

Don't have a friend to zip with? No worries! You can ride Summit Zip with a friend or on your own.

Sign your family up for the Summit Zip at the Waterwheel Country Store when you arrive at Trout Lodge, or call us a few days in advance a 1-888-FUN-YMCA.
