Booking Your Group

Before You Book
Your group will need to decide what type of lodging is best for you; Guest Rooms, Loft Rooms or Family Cabins. For more information about lodging and pricing for #faithfest2010, click here.

We’ll also need to know approximately how many youth and how may adults will be in your group. Once we’ve spoken with you, we’ll send a contract to your group based on your accommodation choices and number of guests.

When You’re Ready to Book
Call Trout Lodge at (314) 241-9622, and ask for Cat Dickey (ext. 115). Cat can help you with all of your group’s lodging and activities reservations, and answer any questions you may have.

A signed contract and 25% deposit are required to reserve your lodging. Total group payment will be due by April 2, 2010 (two weeks before #faithfest2010).

Space for #faithfest2010 is limited, and lodging and activities are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Call today to make your group’s reservation!

A Note About Youth Supervision
YMCA staff are not responsible for the supervision of guests. It is the sole responsibility of parents, chaperones and group leaders to monitor behavior at all times while visiting the YMCA. We require a chaperon ratio of 1 adult per 12 children/teens.
